Community Education and City Parks and Recreation Sports

If you’re trying out a new sport, or just don’t want to spend tons of money on your hobby, city parks and rec departments or school district community education programs are much cheaper than private facilities. This summer I bamboozled my husband into doing a pickleball ladder league through a neighboring city’s parks and rec and it’s been the best weekly date night.
