Cosmic Blondies Recipe

My daughter and I like to try the NY Times Cooking monthly bake-a-longs with Vaughn. This recipe was not only out of this work (pun intended) but great fun for her to help make. Recommend pairing this with looking at images from the Hubble Space telescope for color inspiration.
