The War Within a War (Wil Haygood)

Excellent. Really details how Vietnam and the Modern Civil Rights Movement influenced each other throughout. Told through the stories of people, so much more approachable than many other Vietnam War tomes. I read this at the same time as a Kurt Vonnegut biography and wow did Shortridge High School in Indianapolis punch above its weight.
